OUR POLICIES
Reservation and Payment Policies
- Reservations will be confirmed by email.
- We require a 25% deposit upon making a reservation. The remaining balance of your reservation will be processed upon arrival.
- We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, cash and most debit cards.
- All bookings, payments and additional fees are subject to 15% HST.
Check In Policy
- Check in time is 3:00pm
- Check out time is 11.00am.
- Late checkout upon request. Acceptance of a late checkout is subject to availability on the day of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date will lose the deposit amount paid at time of booking.
Tranquility Policy
- We have a "do not disturb" policy from 11:00pm - 8:00am on the property.
Non-Smoking Policy
- Our accommodations are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to any guest as a result of smoking within their cottage.
Pet Policy
- We welcome well-behaved pets in most of our cottages. Please notify us upon booking if you are traveling with pets. There will be a pet fee of $30 per stay added to your account, contact us for our entire pet policy.
