PEGGY'S COVE NOVA SCOTIA

Lighthouse Lane Cottages is an oceanfront getaway just 3 minutes from the world-renowned Peggy's Cove Lighthouse on Nova Scotia's beautiful South shore. A place of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of picturesque  fishing villages, UNESCO Heritage sites, beautiful beaches and just 35 minutes from Halifax and 45 minutes from Halifax International Airport. The Swiss Air Memorial Site is an easy stroll, just 600 meters away.

Our  cozy cottages are perched on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean on St Margaret's Bay and are literally steps away from the pristine waters of  Clifty Cove, a sheltered inlet and an ideal place to start a kayaking  adventure in the Bay and around its many islands.

Our cottages are the perfect base for a relaxing vacation, whether you want to unwind in the comfort of your cottage, enjoy the views and the salty fresh air on  your deck, or explore one of Nova Scotia's many gems that are within a  short drive, this is the destination for you. Within a few minutes there are many restaurants, galleries and unique experiences.

Enveloped in maritime tradition, this area is home to many of Nova Scotia's "must  see" attractions including the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Town Lunenburg (75minutes), pretty as a postcard Mahone Bay (60 mins), charming Chester (50 mins), Wolfville and the Annapolis Valley (70  mins), bustling Halifax (35mins) and, of course, our region’s most visited and iconic attraction- Peggy's Cove Village and Peggy's Point lighthouse (just a 3 minute drive!).
